Just For Fun | München Kinderfotografie

Last weekend I headed south of Munich near Starnberger See to visit a friend of mine and got to hang out with his 3 adorable little munchkins, so of course I had to snap a few shots! I really love kids…I always think of them as little people with big personalities, and these 3, ages 2-7, were no exception!

Unfortunately the weather was pretty miserable the entire weekend but on Saturday we managed to get outside for a short, but wet and muddy, walk for some outdoor pics…Sunday was an inside day though, so I got some indoor shots in between the kids playing Wii, jumping on the couch like it was a ‘Hupfburg,’ body slamming pillows, blowing spit bubbles, stuffing handfuls of gummy bears into their mouths at a time, and being attacked by the tickle monster (that would be me!)… lol it was tons of fun and I can’t wait to do it again! :D

Hope you all enjoy this HUGE share of these 3 cuties!

Kathryn & Ed’s Wedding | | Hochzeitsfotograf München

I really must have the best job ever! I was lucky enough to be able to accompany Kathryn & Ed on their special day at a beautiful location in Austria! One thing I love about weddings is that every single wedding is unique, and special, and reflects the personalities of the bride & groom and all that is important to them. Kathryn & Ed are both ‘outdoor freaks’ as the priest referred to them as (yep, seriously!) :D They love being outdoors, and love the mountains, which explains the location of their wedding…in Tirol, on Achensee. I joined them at the Standesamt in Jenbach, a few kilometers from the lake, for the civil ceremony. After that we headed to Pertisau where we all took cable cars up to the top of the Zwölferkopf, a mountain in the Karwendel mountain range. Once at the top, they had a short, but sweet religious ceremony at the Alpengasthaus Karwendel. We got lucky with the weather as it stayed dry and was clear enough for everyone to enjoy the absolutely breathtaking views! After a few hours on top of the mountain, we headed back down to the Strand Hotel, where we had a wonderful evening full of delicious food, touching speeches, and of course lots of dancing!

I really had a great day with Kathryn & Ed and all of their guests. I love watching my  brides & grooms interact with each other, Kathryn & Ed were no exception…you can tell how in love they are every time they looked at each other and I hope that reflects in the photos! Enjoy the sneak peek! :D

Iliyar & Yasmine’s Wedding Part 1 | Hochzeitsfotograf München

You may recognize Iliyar & Yasmine from an engagement session I did with them a few weeks ago… well last Friday was their big day and I got to share it with them! We started at the Standesamt on Poccistraße, then Iliyar, Yasmine & I headed to the Seehaus in the English Gardens for some shots of the two of them before their reception started. After that we headed to Hirschau, the reception site where they finished the day with a great party. I had an absolutely awesome time. It was one of the most fun weddings I have ever been too, as a guest or photographer. So many cool people from all over the world… great colors, dances, traditions. And Iliyar & Yasmine are just great… I know I mentioned this int heir engagement session post, but they’re both so photogenic and cute together… and they both looked so great and so happy!

Also need to give a shout out to Robin for assisting me! :D

So here’s a sneak peak from the first parts of the day…I HIGHLY recommend checking back in the next few days to see part 2, which will be the super fun party pics :D
